Active Aims Health Coaching and mentoring takes into account some factual information which is gathered during your health check. The results of the health check forms the basis of the health coaching.
'Health Coaching' is similar to 'Life Coaching' except that my expertise is as a health practitioner as well as a psychological coach. I use the same methods as other coaches, which include CBC (cognitive behavioural coaching), Solution focused coaching and problem focused coaching. In simple terms this means that we will identify how thought processes and actions are linked. If you are able to recognise areas of your life that you would like to change then this is explored in detail. Health coaching and mentoring has a 100% success rate for weight loss
All clients will form action plans, goals and targets, become knowledgeable about how throughts drive actions and how to control the controllable.
